Technology is great, but business owners and managers will need to understand how to leverage the right technology tools throughout their sales cycles and business practices to be more successful. The group will host experts in the field at the last in a series of sales development seminars from 8-10 a.m., May 12 at the NH Community Technical College in Portsmouth. The program, underwritten by Federal Savings Bank, will cover Using the Latest Technology to Help Support your Salespeople and Enhance the Sales Process.

This session will have two components: (1) Two local experts will present a practical, 30-minute, "how-to" workshop on the session theme and (2) Clients and/or company representatives who have worked with the local experts, and used their strategies, will share their success stories, the impact on their sales process and results.

Session Three Presenters:
Presenters for the session include Gary Bedrosian, managing principal, Bedrosian & Associates, and his client, Scott Purswell, president, Dovetailed Kitchen; and William Savoie, CEO of Harbour Light Strategic Marketing, and his client, MaryAnn Sewall, general manager, Breakfast Hill Golf Club. Bedrosian will be talking about how to grow a business with contact management software. Savoie will explore ways to get people to visit a company web site.

Speaker Biography

Gary Bedrosian has been studying best practices and applying lessons learned from his experiences in sales force management and consulting for over 25 years. He has successfully developed efficient customer service and sales environments for large and small organizations alike. Prior to creating Bedrosian & Associates, Gary served as Program Manager for Cisco Systems Professional Services Group managing customer engagements and sales teams. As account executive with IT consulting firms like Renaissance Worldwide and RPM Consulting, he was responsible for the sales and delivery of IT consulting engagements with Fortune 1000 clients.

Bill Savoie is a founder and president of Harbour Light Strategic Marketing, Inc. and Savvy Software, Inc. His professional background includes project management of software products for Liberty Mutual and HHA Compliance. He holds a BS in Accounting from Franklin Pierce College with additional studies at Boston University School of Management. And he is active in local non-profits and is a past board member and president of Sexual Assault Support Services of Portsmouth.
