The Marketing Committee managed the process for the research and development of the brand for the Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce.
 

Initiatives included:

  • Chamber Research to help determine relevant key benefits of the Chamber including strengths and opportunity areas. Importantly, this valuable research among our members helped to formulate our branding, vision and goals:
o      202 respondents participated in the web-based surveys, which is an overall response rate of 15%

o      26 community leaders participated in the telephone in-depth interviews, which is a response rate of 49%

  • Strengthening of the Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce brand:

o      Developing mission and vision

o      Defining Target Audiences

o      Defining Brand Positioning Statement

o      Redesigning Brand Identity

o      Developing "Get Connected" tagline

  • Developing this new Chamber website
