The number of public policy issues presented each legislative session run the gamut from education funding to water conservation. The GAC is currently focused on the following areas of interest to the business community:

• Education funding and reforms
• Infrastructure (telecommunications & transportation)
• Economic development & tourism
• Health insurance
• Affordable housing
• Environment & quality of life

These are just but a few of the public policy areas being monitored by the Chamber.
