Getting Here Located less than one hour north of Boston, MA., the New Hampshire/Maine Seacoast is easy to get to--but really difficult to leave. Beaches, sightseeing, shopping, dining and much more abound along the breathtaking northern New England coast. If traveling by automobile, Interstate 95 and US Route 1 provide convenient access from the south and north. The newly widened Route 101 provides access from the west, and if you're coming from the east, you may want to consider using a boat. If traveling by air, Manchester Airport, northern New England's largest commercial airport, is located 35 miles west of the Seacoast and offers a convenient schedule of non-stop and direct service from major US cities.
On the Seacoast, the Pease International Airport provides excellent general aviation services for private aircraft, charters and regular commercial service through Allegiant Airlines, which operates flights to and from a host of airports in the Eastern United States. If you arrive in New England through Logan Airport in Boston, there are several limousine and bus services that provide transportation to various communities in the Seacoast area.
