    The SBA provides loan guaranty programs to assist business owners in developing and growing their business. Programs for both business and real estate loans are available.

    The Granite State Development Corporation is the seacoast local SBA real estate development office. Granite state specializes in providing real estate loans for projects in collaboration with local banks.
